B2B Sales Intern

Re4vive turns minor-defective textile returns into profitable, sustainable solutions for e-commerce, logistics, and retail. We cut waste, boost revenue, and help clients stay ahead of EU sustainability goals — because every product deserves a second life.

We’re currently seeking a B2B Sales Intern to join our growing team in Heidelberg. In this role, you’ll work directly with the Founder & CEO and the leadership team to support B2B sales strategy, client acquisition, and relationship management. This is a hands‑on opportunity to shape business growth in a purpose‑driven, entrepreneurial environment.

Tasks

As the B2B Sales Intern, you will:

  • Support lead generation and client outreach, including CRM data maintenance.
  • Help prepare pitch decks, client proposals, and meeting presentations.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage inbound client inquiries and assist with sales analytics and reporting.
  • Participate in business development meetings and support strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in day‑to‑day operations to ensure smooth execution of client activities.
  • Travel occasionally with the team within Germany and the EU.

Requirements

You’re a great fit if you’re:

  • A proactive, detail‑oriented self‑starter with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Proficient in German (minimum C1 level) — and English essential for professional communication with clients and partners.
  • Prior experience or internship in B2B sales, client relationship management, business development, or account management is highly desirable (experience in a startup is a plus).
  • Passionate about sustainability and circular business models, eager to contribute to a fast‑paced environment.
  • Willing to actively support both business development and daily operations.
  • Ready to relocate to Heidelberg and work onsite as part of a collaborative and dynamic team.
