Banking & Finance Lawyer

Job Description

As part of the Banking & Finance team, you will be involved in a wide range of domestic and international transactions, working closely with partners and clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising clients on banking, finance and structured finance transactions

• Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security packages and related finance documentation

• Advising on acquisition finance, real estate finance and intra-group financing

• Supporting clients on regulatory and transactional aspects

• Coordinating with other practice groups and external stakeholders

• Managing files with increasing autonomy

Candidate Profile

• Lawyer admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (List I or List IV – mandatory)

• Experience in Banking & Finance , ideally gained within a Luxembourg law firm

• Strong technical expertise and solid understanding of financing structures

• Ability to work autonomously while integrating into a team environment

• Fluent in English ; French is a strong asset

• Rigorous, proactive and client-oriented
