Your key responsibilities

• Structure and negotiate real estate and banking finance transactions.
• Advise clients on syndicated lending, leveraged acquisition finance, and restructuring.
• Participate in cross-border transactions involving multiple jurisdictions.
• Support business development initiatives for the Banking & Finance practice.

Your profile

• Qualified lawyer with at least 3 years' experience in Banking & Finance, ideally in Luxembourg.
• Strong interest in real estate finance and cross-border work.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English and French.
