Bauleiter / Construction Manager

Overview

We are currently looking for a Bauleiter / Construction Manager to work on an opportunity within the BESS industry. This role will involve primarily managing the full construction including CSA and MEP packages. The client is building a brand new Battery energy storage system. They are ideally looking for candidates with a strong track record of working on greenfield construction projects.

START: ASAP

LOCATION: NRW, Germany

Responsibilities

• Manage the full construction including CSA and MEP packages.
• Site-based construction management.

Qualifications

• At least 5-10+ years experience as a Bauleiter / construction manager / supervisor.
• Experience with civil, structural & architectural package (CSA) as well as mechanical & electrical (MEP).
• Site-based construction experience.
• Ideally you will have worked on projects over €50m value.
