For our Bershka Store in Mannheim, in Full-Time | permanent contract.

About the role

You turn strategy into tangible results every single day on the sales floor. As Assistant Store Manager you connect people, performance, and processes. You lead teams, develop talent, and make sure commercial goals come alive in everyday operations. You know that a successful store thrives where leadership provides direction and motivation drives impact. You keep an eye on sales, service, and store atmosphere – all at the same time.

Together with the Store Manager, you make decisions, set priorities, and push the store forward every day. Your impact is visible everywhere – in the team, on the floor, and in the numbers.
