Responsibilities:

You will establish and further develop the ISMS according to ISO 27001

You will conduct security awareness programs and on‑site training

You will perform risk management and support audits

You will collaborate internally with IT, HR, and Legal departments

Required Skills:

You have C1+ German and English language skills

You have knowledge of ISO27001, NIS2 and GDPR

You have several years of experience establishing and developing ISMS

You have good knowledge of security awareness

You are a strong communicator who is able to deliver training and work with senior colleagues

Desired Skills:

You have a relevant degree and/or certifications (e.g. CISM, CISSP, CIPP/E)
