Aufgaben

• Operative and economic management of our two locations in Hamburg
• Leadership and development of a team of approx. 30 staff members, including mini/midi jobs & working students
• Duty scheduling (using Planday) and personnel responsibility
• Coordination and handling of space rentals, including communication with clients
• Ensuring compliance with legal regulations (e.g., hygiene, occupational safety)
• Steering and optimizing operational processes
• Regular coordination with the management team

Qualifikation

• Several years of professional experience in a similar role (event, gastronomy, or club operation)
• Experience in team leadership, planning, and economic control
• Organizational talent, sense of responsibility, and open communication style
• Familiarity with digital tools like Planday, Zoho, Google Workspace, or DATEV
• Willingness to work weekends and flexible hours
• Hands-on mentality and joy in connecting structure and culture
