Role Summary
The Bid Manager leads complex, multi-country bids for EU institutions, NATO bodies and national ministries across defence, security and diplomacy, with a particular focus on Germany, Poland and Ukraine. They translate strategic opportunities in information operations, strategic communications and technical support services into winning, compliant and commercially sound proposals.
