BIM Modeller (HVAC installations)

At Valtria we keep growing! We are now looking for a BIM Modeller with experience using Revit MEP , to work in our office in Düsseldorf.

Job Description

The BIM Modeller is responsible for transforming the client's needs into detailed 3D models containing all relevant information to carry out the project, with the following responsibilities:

• Design the project within the BIM model, optimise it and adjust it to Valtria quality standards, industry standards and project requirements.
• Pre-calculate and coordinate the design internally, taking into account all other project disciplines (e.g. structure, architecture and other facilities).
• Have BIM project documentation organised, updated and archived on site.
• Produce detailed drawings according to the offer, the project or the site.
• Carry out and export measurements, and export the necessary information for the work (list of elements, TAGS, etc.).
• Make site visits and take note of all modifications made during construction for the completion of the as-built documentation, coordinate and communicate with all those involved in the implementation of the project, both internally and externally

Job Requirements

Academic Training

• Education in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar and/or Master's degree in BIM specialist MEP is desirable.

Experience and Knowledge

• At least 2 years of experience modelling with Revit MEP are required.
• Knowledge of mechanical and/or hydraulic installations, and/or pipe network calculations is required.
• Knowledge of cleanrooms, pharmaceutical, food or related industries is desirable.

IT Tools

• Experience using Microsoft Office, Revit and AutoCAD is required.

Languages

• At least a C1 (advanced) or native level of German is required.
• At least a B2 (intermediate-advanced) level of English or at least a B1 (intermediate) level of Spanish is required.
