Bioprocess Technician

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Stuttgart, with flexibility for some work from home. As a Bioprocess Technician, you will support bioprocess operations, including fermentation processes, maintaining clean room environments, and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). You will manage batch records, monitor production processes, and provide technical support to optimize algae production systems. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and ensure the consistency of output quality.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in Bioprocess and Fermentation techniques.
• Understanding and adherence to Clean Rooms and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.
• Ability to manage and document Batch Records accurately and efficiently.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with equipment and processes used in algae or biotech production settings is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or a closely related field is preferred.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
