Key Responsibilities:

Lead business development initiatives across Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, and Layer 2 ecosystems.
Expand token integration in liquidity platforms, lending protocols, and governance-aligned systems.
Develop partnerships with treasuries, infrastructure networks, and DeFi service providers.
Coordinate ecosystem participation strategies across proposals, liquidity pools, and cross-network programs.
Analyze performance using blockchain analytics tools such as Dune, DeFiLlama, or similar platforms.

Who You Are:

3+ years of experience in blockchain partnerships, business operations, or decentralized finance.
Track record of executing strategic collaborations in DeFi or institutional blockchain markets.
Familiar with on-chain data platforms and metrics-based strategy development.
Comfortable working in remote, autonomous teams and aligning across stakeholder ecosystems.
Exposure to treasury frameworks, governance systems, or liquidity management tools is preferred.
