Blockchain Developer

In this role:
In this role, you will work with distributed ledger technologies, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps) to build innovative solutions across Web3, DeFi, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and decentralized applications on blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon).
• Build and maintain blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and core infrastructure.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to implement blockchain solutions that meet business requirements.
• Write clean, secure, and efficient code while following best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience developing on blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana, Cosmos, Polkadot).
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Web3 frameworks (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, ethers.js, web3.js).

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Layer 2 solutions, cross-chain bridges, or scalability technologies.
• Knowledge of DeFi, NFT, and DAO ecosystems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Contribution to open-source blockchain projects.
