Closely review the campaign performance to support strategic data based decisions
Define the brands` strategy (tone & style, messaging, appearance), as well as activating it through campaigns in markets we operate in
Provide your insights for local market activation and a deep understanding of different market dynamics to tailor marketing strategies to suit different markets
Increase brand awareness and preference with both consumers (B2C) and customers (B2B)
Support and drive strategic projects in cooperation with internal as well as external stakeholders like agencies and partners
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, Master's degree or MBA is a plus
Advanced years of experience as a Brand manager or similar role in Marketing including project management skills in the field of B2C and B2B marketing
Ability to analyze complex problems, identify opportunities and develop effective solutions which align with the organization's goals and objectives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey marketing strategies to team members as well as internal and external stakeholders
Structured and organized way of working and the ability to think outside the box
Proven ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with various departments
Full proficiency in written and spoken English is a must
