We are looking for a Financial Accountant to join our Munich location immediately on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities

Oversee the entire accounts receivable management for our three DACH companies.
Monitor, review, and clarify open items.
Manage collections and work with external partners for debt recovery.
Handle customer inquiries regarding receivables and payments via phone and e‑mail.
Execute bank direct debits and process SEPA mandates.
Create invoices and credit notes.
Perform special tasks within the department as required.
Support in accounts payable bookkeeping.

Profile

Completed training as a bookkeeper (m/w/d) or equivalent commercial education with relevant practical experience in finance and accounting.
Responsible and meticulous work style with a strong affinity for numbers.
Proficient with standard MS Office applications and experience with ERP systems.
Good English language skills in speaking and writing are desirable.
Open, engaged, and team‑oriented personality.
