As a Business Analyst Chapter Lead (f/m/d), you represent a key leadership role within the Business Enablement Area, responsible for shaping business analytical excellence and enabling high‑quality, value‑driven delivery across Squads. Operating within AllianzGI’s Data & Technology Delivery Model, you will act as both a disciplinary leader and a capability builder, ensuring Business Analysts consistently apply modern, agile, product‑oriented practices.
This role places strong emphasis on cultivating an agile mindset, empowering Chapter members to think iteratively, embrace continuous learning, and work collaboratively within cross‑functional Squads to deliver measurable business outcomes.
This position will be based in Frankfurt.
