• Analyze and understand business processes, needs, and challenges within the organization
• Gather, document, and prioritize business and system requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders
• Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions that drive process efficiency and business value
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, development teams, and other partners
• Participate in testing, validation, and quality assurance of new or modified systems
• Support change management and adoption during the implementation of new solutions
• Develop and maintain process maps, models, and related documentation

• University degree in IT, Business Administration, Systems Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements management, or process improvement
• Strong understanding of service market business operations and technical systems
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working in agile environments (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is highly valued
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or process modeling standards (e.g., BPMN) is a plus
