Business Analyst (remote)

HiCareer is supporting a fast-growing remote-first digital consulting company (40+ employees across Europe) in hiring a business analyst. The company helps clients build new digital products, automate workflows, improve data quality, and redesign legacy processes. You'll work closely with project managers, engineers, and client stakeholders to ensure every solution is grounded in real business value. This role suits someone who enjoys structured analysis, problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and working across multiple types of digital projects. What you’ll doGather and document requirements from client stakeholdersMap current processes and identify inefficiencies or opportunities for automationBreak down business needs into clear, actionable specifications for engineersSupport Project Managers during planning, sprint refinement, and deliveryConduct gap analyses, user story writing, and acceptance criteria definitionVisualise workflows and system interactions using Miro and LucidchartAssist with UAT planning, test-case writing, and validationPrepare documentation, reports, and recommendations for clients Your daily toolkit will include Jira, Confluence, Miro, Slack, Google Workspace, and client-specific analytics or CRM systems depending on the engagement. What we’re looking for2–4 years of experience as a business analyst, product analyst, or similar roleStrong analytical skills and ability to translate complexity into clarityExperience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, PM)Comfortable facilitating workshops, interviews, and requirement sessionsStructured, communicative, and detail-orientedFluent in English Background in consulting, SaaS implementations, or system integrations is appreciated.
