Analyzing and specifying customer requirements: You analyze systems and processes, specify the functional customer requirements, and evaluate technical feasibility, considering interactions and relationships. You actively participate in meetings directly with clients.
Consulting on technical architecture for insurance software: Collaborate with clients to develop architectural concepts for our insurance software products.
Creating concepts: Responsible for developing comprehensive functional concepts with a focus on end-to-end process views across products.
Technical support: Assist in the technical implementation of the specifications.
Point of contact: Serve as the technical contact within the project team.

Educational background: A degree in Mathematics, Physics, or experience in the insurance industry.
Industry experience: Several years of experience in the insurance sector, ideally in life insurance.
Business analyst skills: Experience as a Business Analyst from a scientific background.
Additional skills: Technical affinity, familiarity with insurance IT landscapes, database knowledge, process modeling (e.g., BPMN), and a passion for programming.
Analytical skills: Strong analytical and abstract thinking abilities.
Language skills: Excellent German language skills (minimum C1 level).
