Business Architect

We are looking for a Senior Business Architect who will play a key role in aligning business strategy with processes, capabilities, and technology. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining business architecture frameworks, driving transformation initiatives, and ensuring alignment across business and IT.

Requirements

• Define, develop, and maintain the business architecture to support strategic initiatives.
• Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps and operating models.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify business needs, capabilities, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure business-IT alignment and provide architectural guidance across projects and programs.
• Create and maintain business architecture artifacts, such as capability maps, value streams, and operating models.
• Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on architecture-related decisions.
• Proven experience in Business Architecture (with a track record in senior/strategic roles).
• Strong ability to engage and influence business and IT stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written).
• Experience with ArchiMate modeling language.
• Knowledge of the TOGAF framework (certification is a plus).
