Business Capability Manager - Fully Remote (EU)

Overview

Responsible for hands-on implementation and development of SAP S/4HANA Global Template requirements — from defining user stories to testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and document global business requirements (user stories, Jira).
• Manage change requests and enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with IT and business teams during development.
• Create and execute test cases; manage defects.
• Support Fit-to-Template and pre-deployment activities.
• Prepare documentation, playbooks, and conduct KT sessions.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Global Template development.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.
Practical experience with Agile (PI Planning, Jira).
Solid QA/testing and defect management background.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Must be willing to work mostly remote with occasional travel to Basel.
