About your role

As part of our Continia Finance development team, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating and refining innovative solutions that meet our global customers' needs. Continia Finance is one of our newest products, consisting of 8 modules designed to streamline financial processes within Business Central. You’ll have the opportunity to contribute to shaping its future. Today, our solutions are widely adopted across Europe, North America, Australia, and New Zealand. We aim to make Continia Finance an essential solution for all Business Central customers worldwide.

Your primary tasks will include the following:

• Designing functionality: Actively participate in designing and building new functionality for Continia Finance in Business Central.
• Strategic and technical discussions: Engage in strategic and technical discussions with the team, contributing your insights and enjoying brainstorming sessions.
• Quality coding: Champion standard methodologies, quality code, and appropriate test coverage. We aim to ship code frequently and fast without compromising stability and reliability.

Dependent on your location, you can be based in either Denmark (Copenhagen or Aalborg), Germany (Hamburg, Osterholz‑Scharmbeck or Kiel) or Lithuania (Vilnius).

• Experience: you have 5+ years of experience with development in Business Central.
• Financial understanding: You have a deep understanding of financial processes, including bookkeeping configuration, Debit/Credit, Fixed Assets, and VAT settlement.
• Technical mindset: you have a good understanding of the Microsoft tech stack, ideally DevOps, Azure, Git, and related technologies.
• Enthusiasm: you have a thirst to go the extra mile to build something superior and contribute to the success and growth of Continia Finance.
• Quick learner: you have the ability to quickly understand new business processes and translate them into practical solutions.
• Flexibility: you have a demonstrated ability to manage your tasks and adjust to shifting priorities and timelines.
• Independent team player: you have the ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
• Good English communications skills: a large part of your job will involve working directly with customers, partners, and engineering teams in Continia.
