Allianz Digital Health GmbH (ADH) is a Munich, Germany, based 100% subsidiary of Allianz SE.

ADH's role is to define and implement best practices in Health data management, product design, pricing, underwriting, and claims management and to foster business performance of Allianz Health insurance entities around the globe. ADH also develops software tools and supports implementation in Allianz Health insurance entities to ensure technical excellence along the Health insurance value chain.

As a Business Consultant (f/m/d) you strengthen our interdisciplinary Health Governance & Consulting team with your ability to quickly analyze different Health insurance markets and business models and manage Health business related Allianz Group governance processes end to end. You will ensure Health business performance and support direction setting for Allianz’ Health insurance segment and, thereby, engage with local teams and senior management worldwide.

Tasks

Analyze different Health insurance markets, recent trends in Health insurance as well as growth and profitability drivers and derive implications for Health business at Allianz

Understand and optimize Health insurance business models and products across all global markets in which Allianz operates

Analyze business performance of all worldwide Health entities and derive actions for each entity to optimize performance

Support ADH subject matter experts in assessing the level of technical maturity in core insurance processes and in improving technical excellence in selected entities

Drive the implementation of regulatory and Allianz Group guidelines in Health entities

Manage selected governance processes end-to-end, including alignment with various Allianz Group functions and coordination of ADH internal stakeholders

Requirements

Master’s degree in business, economics or mathematics

2+ years of working experience in one of the leading strategy consultancies

Ideally experience in Health insurance

Curious and eager to learn about different Health insurance markets

Highly analytical and structured approach and strong problem-solving skills

High degree of self-organization, willingness to take full ownership and the ambition to cover a broad range of topics, paired with a hands-on attitude

Strong communication and presentation skills in PowerPoint

Fluency in written and spoken English
