As a Business Consultant, you’ll drive high-impact, consulting-led transformations; shaping discovery, defining solutions, and delivering measurable outcomes. You’ll work with stakeholders up to C-level, guiding clients across Life, P&C, and Health from insight to realisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business discovery and turn insights into actionable requirements and roadmaps.
• Define use cases and solution specs, bridging business and IT for smooth delivery.
• Oversee engagement execution - managing scope, risks, dependencies, and teams.
• Present outcomes to senior leadership and secure adoption and value delivery.
• Drive consulting-led value in transformation, operating model optimisation, regulatory initiatives, and business/IT strategy.
• Build client relationships and contribute to proposals, points of view, and thought leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with consulting & strong Insurance focus (Germany preferred).
• Deep domain expertise, strong facilitation, and ability to structure complex requirements.
• End-to-end consulting experience in BFSI, leading cross-functional teams.
• Fluent German and English; willing to travel across DACH/Central Europe.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication at senior levels.
