We are looking for a Business Controller (all genders) for a 1-year limited parental cover position to join our team of 6. In this role, you\'ll work closely with department leads to manage resources, oversee reporting and support planning. You\'ll also lead projects and drive process improvements. Your responsibilities include analyzing cost drivers to align business units with strategic goals. Your role

• You will help the operational teams efficiently manage its resources and monitor its objectives to achieve the overall strategic objectives of flaconi.
• You are responsible for the reporting of the respective business unit, support with planning and work closely with accounting and financial controlling.
• You independently take over projects such as forecasts, business planning, KPI tracking and independently manage various work packages.
• In a dynamic environment, you question existing processes, develop controlling and financial processes as well as tools, and drive improvement initiatives.
• You carry out detailed analyses of cost drivers and take care of the corresponding follow-ups with the business units.
• You will continuously improve our reporting and planning processes, design blueprints and manage their implementation.
• Ensure that necessary reports are quickly available to meet ad hoc requests at short notice.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, finance, accounting or a related field
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Controlling/FP&A, ideally in a dynamic environment in logistics
• Good knowledge of Finance and Reporting tools
• Excellent MS Office skills with advanced Excel knowledge
• Ability to communicate complex issues clearly and intelligibly
• Strong stakeholder management skills with an independent, motivated and team-oriented spirit
• Fluent in English and good knowledge of German
• Experience in data warehouse/SQL/BI, ERP system, consolidation and planning softwares would be a plus!
