Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Business development through networking in the field of embedded systems with a focus on software development and quality, functional safety and cyber security
• Represent Hitex at specialist events and trade fairs
• Observe trends, analyze the market’s potential new technologies and act on them proactively
• Sales, networking and customer service to promote and support Hitex and Infineon products and solutions

Your Profile

As a Business Development Manager Engineering, you recognize opportunities and have a good sense for profitable (business) ideas. Furthermore, you inspire others with your ideas and explain even complex issues in a clear and convincing manner. Lastly, you demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks.

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer science, Information Technology or similar) or comparable training
• At least +5 years of professional experience with a focus on the development of embedded systems, software quality, software testing and cybersecurity
• Experience as a technical lead and ability to present your ideas to customer and internal stakeholders
• Experience in the field of business development
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and presenting your ideas in a convincing manager
• Team player and passionate about new topics, trends and technologies
• Excellent German and English language skills
