Business Development Manager | Football Partnerships & Growth (m/w/d)

Hybrid | Full-time | Germany / Europe

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a commercially driven, well-connected and hands-on Business Development Manager to help drive the next growth phase of TFC1863 Sports. You’ll be responsible for building relationships, creating opportunities and helping us grow our network across professional football, hospitality and international partnerships.

This role is for someone who knows how to open doors, build trust and turn conversations into business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build and grow relationships with football clubs, hotels and strategic partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and commercial partnerships
  • Support the growth of our training camp, friendly match and international business
  • Approach and engage key stakeholders across Germany, UK and Western Europe
  • Help expand our network and strengthen our position in the football market
  • Work closely with leadership on growth initiatives and new market opportunities

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Experience in business development, partnerships, sales or commercial growth
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ideally a background in football, sports, hospitality, travel or events
  • Ability to work independently and drive opportunities from first contact to closing
  • Commercial mindset and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
