Business Development Manager for Commercial and Industrial (C&I)

Job Location

Munich or Nuremberg. Other Huawei office locations may be considered upon discussion.

Main Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate key account management skills, including forecasting, customer engagement, and negotiation in the C&I sector.
  • Identify, develop, and close opportunities within Germany's commercial and industrial energy solutions market.
  • Lead and coordinate with internal support teams to ensure clients receive tailored energy solutions, products, and support that meet their commercial and industrial needs.
  • Responsibility for achieving target fulfillment, including reporting and forecasting. Support strategic planning and target setting together with the manager of the business.
  • Attend industry events and forums to enhance market presence and brand awareness.
  • Promote Huawei products across C&I energy systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a PV sales and solution environment with a focus on technical solutions; knowledge and experience in PV industry requirements and design is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, proactive, and able to effectively engage with clients; highly motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player, with the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, including good listening, probing, and qualification abilities.
  • Fluency in German and English is a must.
