Responsibilities

You are responsible for the strategic placement of attractive solution bundles, including manufacturer solutions (e.g., Fortinet).
You develop innovative, vertical go-to-market approaches.
Your expertise in SASE, network security, cloud security, and zero-trust architectures is crucial for acquiring new customers and expanding our sales reach, including across organizations within the Deutsche Telekom Group.
You proactively contact potential customers, manage a data-driven sales pipeline in CRM, and ensure consistent follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
Working closely with marketing, sales teams, portfolio and product managers, you drive innovative offerings and accelerate sales deals.
You support digital marketing measures for lead generation and empower our technical community through training courses and workshops.

Qualifications

You have a strong hunter mentality and several years of experience in solution sales (especially in the area of security and networking) and business development.

These skills round out your profile:

In-depth expertise in SASE (Secure Access Service Edge) solutions
Thorough knowledge of network security principles and technologies
Proven experience in cloud security implementations
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Understanding of zero-trust architecture concepts
Practical experience with SD-WAN technologies
Ability to confidently position complex solution offerings at the decision-maker level
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
Solid fundamental knowledge of cybersecurity practices
Specific product knowledge in the area of Fortinet or other leading manufacturers in the security/network environment
Experience in strategic campaign and event management
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
Specialized knowledge in the area of operational technology (OT) security
