Business Development Partner / Representative (Freelance)

We are a boutique consulting and talent partner working with international organisations across Europe, supporting them in recruitment, leadership development, and human‑centred growth.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Business Development Partner/Representative to collaborate with us on a flexible, part‑time basis.

Your Role

• Identify and connect with potential clients across Europe
• Build authentic relationships with HR leaders, founders, and decision‑makers
• Open conversations and create opportunities for collaboration
• Work closely with the founder on positioning and outreach
• Contribute to shaping our growth in a thoughtful, human way

Your Profile

• Experience in business development, consulting, or partnerships
• Strong relationship‑building skills (not pushy sales)
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
• Based in Europe (Germany is a plus)
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Aligned with a values‑driven, human‑centred way of working

Collaboration Model

This is a freelance, performance-based collaboration and you will have our strong support support for each connection.

• Commission is linked to successfully generated business

We aim to build a long‑term partnership , with the potential to evolve into a more structured collaboration over time.

This role is ideal for independent consultants or professionals who already have an active network and are looking to build additional revenue streams through meaningful collaborations.
