As the initial point of contact for our most strategic prospect accounts, you will play a pivotal role in driving Personio’s growth within our largest customer segment in Austria. Leveraging thorough account and industry research, you will develop and deliver tailored messaging that resonates with key stakeholders across different regions and sectors. Your industry expertise will inspire and engage decision makers at Austria’s leading companies—opening doors, identifying opportunities, and initiating high‑impact HR transformation projects that set the foundation for long‑term partnerships.

At Personio, we value in‑person collaboration while also offering flexibility. This role is office‑based, with 3 days per week required in your contracted office location. The remaining days can be worked from home or in the office if you prefer. You’ll also have 20 Flex Days per year to work remotely from other locations.
