To shape strategic conversations and influence real buying decisions, we are looking for aBusiness Development Representative (f/m/x). As a Business Development Representative, you'll operate at the front line of our scaling efforts, taking ownership of pipelines and deals early.

Your profile

  • Initial experience in B2B SaaS sales and interested in the industrial sector.
  • Familiarity with our target group of manufacturing companies and ESG.
  • Thrive in fast paced environments with high ownership and hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal).
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Munich.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of our target group, our customers and product by interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline from identifying potential to converting into sales opportunities by proactively approaching decision makers.
  • Proactively spot opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate your workflow and elevate our messaging and positioning.
  • Take charge of qualifying leads and become the expert to identify where real opportunities lie.
  • Identify the prospects key value drivers and deliver a tailored pitch that shows how Tanso creates immediate business value.
