Business Development / Sales Manager – Security & Surveillance

Adler Security systems is looking for an experiencedBusiness Development / Sales Manager in Germany. The role focuses on identifying new opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and sales of security and surveillance solutions in the German market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Germany.
  • Build relationships with distributors, system integrators, installers, consultants, and end users.
  • Promote and sell security and surveillance solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on projects and tenders.
  • Achieve sales targets and support market growth.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Provide regular sales reports and pipeline updates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or business development in thesecurity, CCTV, surveillance, ELV, or low-current industry .
  • Strong knowledge of the German market.
  • Good network with relevant clients, distributors, consultants, or integrators in Germany.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in German and English .

Preferred

  • Experience with CCTV, IP cameras, NVRs, VMS, analytics, or integrated security solutions.
  • Experience in project sales and channel development.
