As a Business Intelligence Analyst , you will bridge the gap between data and business, ensuring teams across Metro Markets have access to high-quality insights and reports. What You’ll Do

Data Analysis & Insights:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Provide actionable insights that help optimize operations, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

Visualization & Reporting:

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to ensure clear and effective data visualization.
• Build self-service reporting solutions that empower business users to explore data independently.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with teams across Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, Commercial, Sales to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Challenge stakeholders and established practices. Act as an agent of change.

Data Quality & KPI Ownership:

• Define and align key business KPIs to ensure consistency and clarity across teams.
• Collaborate with data engineers and analytical engineers to maintain high data accuracy, consistency, and governance.

Process & Business Enablement:

• Automate and optimize reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Educate stakeholders on BI tools and data best practices to foster a data-driven culture.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in BI, analytics, and visualization.
• Contribute to innovation by exploring new tools, methodologies, and automation opportunities.

You've got

Educational Background:

• A Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics , or a related field.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in delivering impactful reports and dashboards for business users.

Technical Expertise:

• Proficiency in Power BI (or similar tools like Tableau, Looker, QlikView) for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in querying and manipulating large datasets.
• Experience working with relational databases or data warehouses ; building data models to support BI process and a solid understanding of data transformation (ETL/ELT) workflows.
