Business Line Manager Service (m/w/d)

Atlas Copco Group is looking for a Business Line Manager Service to lead and drive our service sales and marketing activities, achieve revenue and profitability targets, and manage the full profit‑loss of the Service business line. You will report directly to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the P&L and balance sheet of the service business
  • Ensure clear roles and responsibilities for sales, operations and administration of service
  • Invest in talent retention and build a pipeline for service roles
  • Control the local business, profitability and costs
  • Develop and implement an ambitious growth plan for profitable growth
  • Drive high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Monitor KPI and scorecard performance
  • Work closely with other Business Line Managers
  • Expand all relevant service sales channels, direct and indirect
  • Negotiate key service plans for the business line in the region
  • Keep up to date on market trends and information
  • Drive business development within the defined area
  • Present own strategy in Business Line Review meetings
  • Ensure optimal behavior and performance of the Business Line
  • Guarantee a safe and healthy working environment
  • Travel readiness of at least 50%

Qualifications

  • Strategic and conceptual skills to lead and develop a regional service business and proven success in service support and sales
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Administration, Marketing, Engineering or a related technical field is desirable; relevant experience is considered
  • Excellent English skills
  • Experience in a highly customer‑ and service‑oriented environment
  • Result‑oriented, charismatic personality with strong leadership skills and effective communication
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation
  • Business sense and financial understanding – full responsibility for your own P&L
  • Strong customer focus
  • Aspirational and passionate about achieving results
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Forward‑thinking and strategic mindset
