Your Mission

• Provide holistic support and continuous development of people‑related topics across the entire employee lifecycle
• Act as a trusted sparring partner for leaders and employees on all People & Culture matters
• Take ownership of payroll‑related topics and support smooth payroll processing and time tracking
• Contribute to the design, optimization, and continuous improvement of People & Culture (HR) and payroll processes as well as internal interfaces
• Ensure compliance with labor law, data protection regulations, and internal policies
• Participate in projects, analyses, and strategic People & Culture initiatives
• Support location‑specific services and administrative processes
• Actively contribute to fostering a positive, inclusive, and appreciative company culture

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Human Resources, Business Law, or a completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally complemented by a qualification in HR management
• Several years of experience in operational HR as well as in preparatory payroll processing
• Sound knowledge of labor law, payroll tax, and social security regulations
• Structured, independent, and solution‑oriented working style with a high level of initiative
• Strong communication and advisory skills combined with a hands‑on mindset
• Confident user of MS Office and ideally experienced with payroll and accounting systems (e.g. Sage, DATEV, SAP, or similar)
• Team‑oriented personality with enthusiasm for a broad and diverse range of responsibilities
