Your journey to becoming a qualified cabin crew member starts with a 6-week training course , during which you will learn essential skills for delivering safety and customer service. Exams take place at regular intervals. The training culminates with Supernumerary flights, followed by your Cabin Crew Wings.
As a member of the Ryanair Group cabin crew family, you will be immersed in our culture from day one. Career opportunities include roles such as Number 1, Base Supervisor, Regional Manager, or Director of Inflight. Life as Cabin Crew is rewarding but demanding, with early and late shifts (eg, early roster starts as 5 am; late roster may require returning home after midnight).
