Responsibilities

• Leading external business development and design solutions for French/Germany parcel logistics customers
• Analyze and collect local market intelligence, and be able to generate the integrated analysis and to support the business
• Meets the customer requirements to ensure on-time delivery and lowest cost-to-service product transportation to the final destination, deal with the daily claims related to FR/DE local and Europe regional operations.
• Support on business development for local logistics resource, and deal with related process and documentation.
• Follow the process for logistics solutions with Europe and China team including procurement, IT, product and custom service, etc.
