Our client is a Global Technology Vendor , and we are building a team in Berlin. Having operated in the German market for over a decade, they boast a prestigious brand and a massive global footprint. While we are looking for agents with 1–3 years of experience, we also welcome "hungry" graduates who are ready to kickstart their career in a high-performing office environment.

Requirements:

Mother-tongue level German speakers

  • Communication Skills: Any experience in a phone-based or retail environment is great. This role is about driving the day-to-day operations and outreach for a global leader.

What You’ll Do:

  • High-Volume Outreach: Work through prospective client lists to introduce their technology and manage the relationship from the initial call to the final agreement.
  • Tailored Consultations: Conduct engaging over-the-phone demos and explain how our solutions meet the specific needs of each business.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to ensure customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up to date on the competitive landscape to effectively position my client as the provider of choice.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Language: Fluent German (C2/Mother-tongue speakers).
  • Experience: A background in a call centre, customer service, or any sales-related field is a plus.
  • Commercial Drive: A self-starter who enjoys the "win" of connecting with a new client.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong organizational and presentation skills that allow you to speak confidently with business owners.
  • Reliability: A proven track record of meeting targets and hitting KPIs.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with software and CRM systems is a definite advantage.
