Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for strategic transport and logistics service providers across the Airbus Group, including customs and export control.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies, conduct market intelligence, lead call-for-tenders (CFTs), and handle contract drafting and commercial negotiations.
• Support multi-functional and multi-divisional teams throughout the contract lifecycle, including supplier performance management, continuous improvement, and claim settlement.
• Build and maintain strong long-term partnerships with 3PL/4PL and logistics providers to ensure high performance and preferred customer status.
• Contribute to strategic projects focused on sustainability, supply chain resilience, competitiveness, digitalization, and innovation.

Requirements

• University degree in business administration, logistics or economics
• 4 years experience in procurement, supplier management, logistics or contract management
• Basic project management understanding
• Business fluent English
