Key Responsibilities: Own sourcing and supplier nominations for polymers, carbon black, and chemicals Develop and execute global category strategies and business plans Conduct market analysis, supplier benchmarking, and negotiations Manage complex raw material streams and strategic procurement projects Report directly to the Purchasing Director Europe & Asia

Requirements: 5+ years in strategic procurement or category management Degree in Business Administration or similar Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills Technical understanding of industrial materials Fluent English; German is a plus Willingness to travel internationally (~50 days/year)
