The ideal candidate will drive organizational change strategies and lead training implementation to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.**Key Responsibilities:*** Lead and execute end-to-end change management strategies for business and technology transformations* Design and implement training programs to support organizational change initiatives* Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis* Develop communication plans to ensure effective engagement across all levels* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and leadership* Monitor adoption metrics and continuously improve change and training approaches* Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and feedback loops* Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements within the financial sector**Required Skills & Qualifications:*** 10+ years of experience in Change Management and Training Implementation* Strong experience in the **financial services industry*** Proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs* Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills* Experience designing and delivering training content and programs* Ability to work onsite in Germany (Bad Homburg / Nuremberg)* Fluent in English (German is a plus)**Preferred Qualifications:*** Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci)* Experience with digital transformation or system implementation projects* Familiarity with regulatory environments in financial services
