Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Mass Channel strategy in Germany, focusing on Grocery & Discount channels as key areas for growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with minimum 8-10 years' experience at senior leadership level. Strong negotiation skills and ability to develop and execute differentiated strategies are essential.

• Focused on driving business results through channel ownership, customer strategy development and execution
• Team Leadership - Lead, coach and develop National Account Managers and Key Account Executives
• P&L Management - Own sales forecast, gross margins trade spends promotional budgets revenue targets per customer
