Job Title: Channel/ Partner Business Manager – EMEA East

Location / Working Model: Bochum, Germany | On-site

A high-growth global software organisation is expanding its EMEA channel ecosystem and is seeking an experienced Partner Business Manager – EMEA East to strengthen strategic alliances across the region. Joining as Partner Business Manager – EMEA East , you will play a key role in shaping partner success and expanding market reach through a thriving ecosystem of technology and consulting partners.

The Partner Business Manager – EMEA East will build and expand strategic relationships with consulting firms, system integrators, technology partners and distributors to accelerate growth across the region.

Role Highlights – The Partner Business Manager – EMEA East will:

  • Identify and recruit high-potential regional channel and consulting partners
  • Develop and execute regional partner territory plans and revenue strategies
  • Build senior relationships with key partner stakeholders and decision makers
  • Drive pipeline growth, new business bookings and partner-led opportunities
  • Lead joint planning sessions, QBRs and enablement initiatives with partners

You Will Need – The role requires:

  • 7+ years’ experience in partner or channel management within B2B technology
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS, developer tools or software platforms
  • Demonstrated success growing partner ecosystems across the EMEA region
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence at executive level
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to build relationships and drive results
