Position
Channel Marketing Specialist B2B - Maternity cover for 2 years (m/f/d) (100%). Three days per week at our Munich office are mandatory, within a hybrid way of working.
Your Responsibilities
- Maintain strong internal relationships with sales & product teams to ensure marketing plans are supported internally, commercial, relevant and aligned to local & regional sales and marketing objectives
- Cooperate with sales & product teams to sell in new product, concepts & campaigns
- Support the sales team in developing ‘on brand’ tools and communication assets to win new business
- Build and present relevant & localised B2C bespoke marketing plans for key/strategic wholesale accounts and lead the communication of the full marketing channel incl. PR/media approach to key account partners
- Ensure result driven brand marketing and performance marketing investments, which are aligned and leveraged in within the overall marketing strategy
- Create a simple, streamlined B2C marketing approach in lighthouse accounts such as POS or digital toolkits for self-assembly/use
- Manage the budget and track the trade marketing investment, including management of vendor information/new vendor creation
- Process and record invoices in a timely and accurate way
Your ideal profile
- You have at least 4 years wholesale or trade marketing gained in similar industry
- You have University degree in Marketing or related field
- You possess solid experience in performance marketing
- You have excellent grasp of POS and digital / e-commerce environment
- You are experienced in working with key accounts
- You have developed strong organisational and planning skills
- You have excellent written and verbal communication
- You are customer oriented, empathetic and a team player
- You have advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Canva in a plus
- You are very fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
