Channel Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

Stellenbeschreibung:

  • Develop and expand the European market by building strong partnerships with local PV distributors and installers, establishing our company as a trusted supplier of inverters and energy storage solutions.
  • Conduct regular on-site customer visits to identify procurement needs, promote new products, and drive sales target achievement.
  • Organize product training and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing valuable insights to optimize product offerings and business strategies.
  • Participate in and coordinate regional trade shows and brand events to strengthen our company’s presence in the European market.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in German with excellent business communication and negotiation skills; proficiency in Dutch or French is a plus.
  • Experience in the renewable energy, energy storage, or PV industry is preferred, as is familiarity with local markets.
  • Strong communication, execution, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel independently and frequently within the region.
  • Team-oriented, self-motivated, responsible, and eager to contribute to the company’s growth.
