Tasks

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our cryptocurrency/blockchain company. The CEO will be responsible for driving the company’s growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering innovation in the rapidly evolving digital asset landscape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fintech, blockchain technology, and leadership experience in high-growth environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Vision

• Develop and execute a long-term vision and strategy for the company in alignment with market trends and opportunities.


• Drive innovation and expansion strategies to position the company as a leader in the blockchain and crypto space.

Financial & Business Growth

• Oversee fundraising efforts, investor relations, and partnerships with venture capital firms.


• Manage the company’s financial health, budgets, and revenue models, ensuring sustainable growth.

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

• Ensure adherence to global cryptocurrency regulations, including AML, KYC, and SEC compliance.


• Collaborate with legal teams to navigate evolving regulatory landscapes across different jurisdictions.

Operational & Team Leadership

• Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.


• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, risk management, and security in crypto transactions.

Partnerships & Market Positioning

• Develop key partnerships with exchanges, financial institutions, and blockchain developers.


• Represent the company in public forums, media engagements, and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CEO, Founder, or Senior Executive in the crypto, blockchain, or fintech sector.


• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, Web3, and digital asset markets.


• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks affecting cryptocurrency and fintech businesses.


• Experience in fundraising, investor relations, and business scaling .


• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Level of studies: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology / Finance / Economics or related field .

Language Requirements: Fluent in English
