Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Private Equity-backed Industrial Company with Global Mission

The Opportunity

The incoming CFO will act as the key financial architect of the company’s next phase—steering financial performance, driving profitability improvements across all regions, and leading the preparation for a successful exit.

This is not a passive reporting role. The mandate requires speed, courage, operational discipline and a proactive, execution‑first mindset .

In close partnership with the CEO, Board, and PE sponsor, the CFO will lead strategic finance, oversee international operations, optimise cash generation in a project‑business environment, and ensure the scalable professionalisation of all financial systems and processes.

Your Professional Background

• 10+ years of senior financial leadership, ideally as CFO or Director Finance in a global, mid‑market or project‑business company.
• Strong experience in international environments (e.g. India, China, Middle East, US).
• Proven track record in project‑business cash management , financial steering, and performance improvement.
• Significant exposure to private equity , including value creation and exit preparation.
• Competence across business & financial control, FP&A, treasury, M&A, tax, and corporate finance.
• Experience in BI/reporting systems, data analytics, and building scalable finance infrastructures.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and the demands of international financial governance. Experience in post‑merger integration and turnaround situations is a major advantage.
