Aufgaben

As a Chief of Staff to the founders for Payroll Plus , Ordio’s newest and most strategic product line. Payroll Plus simplifies payroll for blue-collar teams across Germany by turning operational data (shifts, hours, absences) into accurate, compliant payroll including complex wage components like overtime and surcharges.

In this role, you’ll combine product management, execution, and founder-level problem solving . You’ll help shape strategy, drive execution, and ensure Payroll Plus evolves from early MVP into a scalable, reliable, and compliant core product.

You’ll work at the intersection of founders, product, engineering, and payroll operations , owning outcomes rather than just tasks — and acting as a force multiplier for the leadership team.
