As Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for:

Acting as a trusted sparring partner on strategic and operational topics, reporting directly to the CEO.

Taking ownership of strategically important topics and driving the coordination of business and development initiatives.

Managing strategic initiatives and leading cross‑functional project teams from development through successful execution.

Playing a key role in the management of the CEO’s office.

Preparing decision papers and recommendations for the management board.

Preparing internal and external meetings and systematically tracking the outcomes.

Supporting the CEO’s communication with internal teams and external stakeholders, as well as investor relations efforts.

Supporting individual teams on an ad‑hoc basis by owning projects to create impact where needed most.

Improving existing or developing new processes to keep the company’s growing team as efficient as possible and identifying operational and structural weaknesses.

For this role, ideally, you bring:

A relevant academic background (e.g., business, economics or similar).

Experience in tier 1 strategy consulting, high‑growth startups or other high‑performance environments considered a plus.

Excellent project and stakeholder management skills to drive projects end‑to‑end and monitor progress with a high degree of independence.

The ability to translate long‑term business goals into immediate initiatives and actions.

Interest in interdisciplinary work, curiosity, strong analytical and conceptual skills, with the ability to think outside the box.

A highly organized, hands‑on and self‑responsible work approach.

An entrepreneurial mindset, strong sense of ownership, and hands‑on team player mentality.

Clear and concise communication and presentation skills with the ability to summarize complex topics and prepare board decision papers.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

German, Spanish, Polish and/or Italian skills are considered a plus.
