Chief of Staff (m/w/d) – Growth & People Peter Park is one of Europe’s most promising scale‑ups. In this key role you will drive strategic initiatives around Growth and People from concept through successful execution.

Responsibilities

Assume various roles within the organisation, initially in the People & Culture area, and advance initiatives.

Develop and implement strategies to scale and solidify our company culture during rapid growth.

Lead strategic Growth projects such as building performance‑management cycles, recruiting top talent for key positions, or expanding into new markets.

Act as a liaison between employees, leaders and founders on culture initiatives and organisational development.

Support the creation of decision‑making foundations and KPI reports in the People & Growth domain for the management team.

Qualifications

More than 3 years of experience in a dynamic, high‑growth environment (scale‑up) or a consulting firm, preferably with a focus on People, HR strategy or Growth.

Proven success in conceptualising and implementing culture and People initiatives in growing organisations.

Experience organising and leading multiple teams and departments.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; skilled moderator and relationship builder at all organisational levels.

Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to produce evidence‑based reports on People & Culture metrics.

Highly versatile, proactive and dedicated to efficient productivity, especially within cultural transformation processes.

Fluent in German and English.

Work Setup

40 hours per week on a trust basis

Home‑office policy: 4 days in the office / 1 day remote
